Off Topic: Source of Icons and Bitmaps

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a good (free) source of Icons and Images for use in an application. I know there is stuff in the Common dir but what I want isn't there. I'm looking for medical stuff, I'd really like to get an animated syringe cursor!

And since it takes me all my time to draw my own breath doing them myself is out of the question.

If you have any ideas or know of some site I'd appreciate it.
