Off switch transfer help.

Unless my memory is fubar, IPO will not transfer / bridge an incoming call to an outside number through an auto-attendant when the trunks are analog.
Has anyone got a work-around? Or am I missing something in the configuration to make it work?
System is R11.1

Analog trunks each have a check box to allow trunk-to-trunk connect, which is not checked by default.
There is also a system-wide check box for Inhibit Off-Switch Forward/Transfer, which IS checked by default.

Also depending the version you have to create an extension that is in is forwarded unconditionally to the outside number.
