Off Premise notification Issue

I'm new to the Call Pilot Mini 1.5 and trying to setup a mailbox with Off Premise notification to a cell phone. The problem that I'm having is that when I try to input the telephone number it says that I do not have access to dial that number. As a test I tried to input an extension number and that took. What am I missing? Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's been awhile (a long while) but you need to tell it what kind of Outdialing it need to utilize to send the call (Line, Pool, Route) if it's a pool you will need to know the access code.

What system is the CP attached to? you have to allow the call pilot DN's to dial external. maybe thats why it works internal and not to the cell.
