Hey guys, does call pilot still notify to constantly if you have a message. It will call several times an hour until you pick up the message. Have not used this feature lately, but I found the constant calling very annoying.
Not sure which Call pilot you have but the 100 and 150 you can edit the Class Of Service as well assign a COS to a mailbox, refer to the chart for which class of service to use as each one has different times such as 9 tries every 30 minutes.
Also withing the users mailbox they can turn it on or off or set the hours such as only 9-5pm.
