I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to this, but apparently my boss puts more stock in the forum's opinion than mine, so to appease him, I am reaching out to you all. I have an IPO 500v2 running 9.0 in building A. In building B I have three 9600 series IP phones. AFTER the install, the customer informs us that they have shop bells that ring in building B when a call comes to them. Is there any device that would replace the analog bells and work with the IP phones to alert the shop workers to a call coming in?

Use the analog ringers on station ports(assuming you have cabling between the two buildings) and do internal twinning to the desired extensions. Works like a charm.

You could use an ATA which uses SIP and converts it to analog.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
