Off premise forward on auto attendant

I have an issue with off premise forward on ip office. I would like patients to press 1 to be sent to our answering service and 3 to our prime hospital. I have the short codes build but I get incompatible when I try dialing. Any help would be aprreciated.

Only on vm pro, embedded wont work except for conference and then u setup.urself to problems if you have analog trunks

need more info, what type and release of ipoffice, do you have voicemail pro, what type of trunks etc...
