off premise extion proiblems

I have a parner system at one end,hit ext 26 it will not ring line at other end,if i hit line person is there,but phone never rang.if i hit any ext from location 2 it works fine.I need help .there is a line run from 2 locations.old merlin system had off premise extion module.

Hi wirespecialist,
How far is the OPX run? Did you check that phone (should be an SLP) anywhere else? If the remote ext. needs high power to ring the bell, change it to a more modern one.

What is the distance from point 1 to point 2 , are you going thur the LEC , you may need a Partner station extender, you state that you were using an merlin off premise module
