Off premise extensions on PACS

Is it possible to take, say two extensions off Partner ACS system and use them for incoming trunks on a Magix system? Both locations are a mile from CO, which would equate to app. 2 mile round trip; or would I need loop extenders sold by Viking e.g.?

if you can locate the partner off premise extender i would use them, you can set the loop distance with them, just saw 2 recently on e-bay
