Off premeses vm notification

We recently lost power for about half a day for construction and the phones are no longer fowarding voice mail to the numbers we had programed in i.e. sending the voicemail to our peoples cell phones. Does anyone know how to program this feature???

you will need to log into each of those mailboxes under the Feature 981 and then enter the pswd then go under the admin which is option 8 and then press the number 6

then press admin

then press pool
then enter the number 1

then enter the telephone number you want the vm to call
then press ok then you will type make sure this is is set for phone

then enter your start time this is the time you want the voice mail to call you,

I ususally use 1200am

and then stop time enter 11:59pm

then press o.k.
then you will see msg type enter the type you want to use

new msgs or urgent msgs

then just press o.k. and you should be straight
