Off-hook ring/volume SV8100 with DT300

I have an SV8100 system with non-IP phones, mostly DT300s. At our main reception, when a second call comes in, there's a very faint off-hook beep heard on her phone, but I would like the to do a regular ring, or at least be louder. Boss wants the person at the next desk to be able to hear it easily and know to pick up the line, but would prefer to NOT have it forward to her extension automatically.

15-02-12 is set to "1 Beep Tone on Speaker" for the extension where the calls go, and I'm not finding a way to make it do a regular ring or to increase the volume of the beep.

Set 15-02-12 to Muted Off-hook Ringing and it should do what you're after.

Any way to increase the volume on that second line ringing? Or is that the thing I've read that's a percentage of the primary ringer volume and is unchangeable?
