In BC12 SP6, I just have two operators in a site, when the two operators are off duty, operators will not switch to Night service, the two operators will display on the display "off duty", and NOT night service, consequently the call will not be rerouted to the night answering position.. where I'm sure there is no third operator.. any one experienced with this before...

Actions I did

Rfpui:unit=OLP1T,LIM=1; but no success

any advice

Print out command OPTSP; when both ows are logged out. Then post it here.
 
also look at OPDNP;

Also OPCTP:CORG=ALL; This will show if the system is using Centralise Operator.

rfexi is quite a radical solution...

restarting units OLP1T, DOM and DOR should have been enough in your case...
