Off Core T-1 Locking Channels

I have a ICS 6.0XC, On the off Core T-1 Card I am set as E&M, SF, AMI, It is set to this because the customer has had it working this way since 1997 on his original T-1 Card. We put the off core T-1 in and then also put a New card in to verify that the card was not bad and replaced the Clock Card (Combo), Since the circuits are the same we have swapped those also to verify and the problem follows the off core T-1 Card. The channels lock up over time ( over the course of a week and have to be deprovisioned and provisioned again they work for a while and then lockout again, There is no option for a clock source on the Off Core T-1 Card. HAS anyone run into this or have a solution?

I have no way of checking this, but off the top of my head... Check the logs before deprovisioning. If the logs are filling up for any reason ??? it can cause problems with the T1. When you deprovision, the logs may get reset a clear the problem for a while.

Just a thought.

make sure provider has not changed your config will probaly need t-berd to verify have had it happen more than once

Yes I swapped the two T-1's, one that is in the main cab too one that is off core and the problem follows the off core T-1. Does anyone know if 6.1 provides clock source on the off Core T-1?

Are both ends set for wink/wink, SF, AMI?
One end should clock off the other end or the provider.
How much traffic over this span in a typical day?
I agree with rstar about the logs and with luv2ski about the T-berd.

i also was told that off core was to be in center card slot by itself.
