Ofc 95 programs suddenly taking 90 sec to load

I use Win 98 SE.

Ofc 95 programs are suddenly taking over 90 sec to load.

OK, you can call me behind the times, but I'm still using Ofc 95 (I have Ofc 95 & Ofc 97 installed -- all has been working well for years) as well as Ofc 97.

But why has this happened? What can I do get things back to normal? If I reinstall Schedule+, will that wipe out my Calendar, Contacts, To Do lists, etc?

BTW, the Ofc 97 programs are loading like normal.
