Ofant.exe - DLL Initialization Failed

Hello,
I recently installed on a Windows NT SP6a, Brightstor 10.0 (Built 1500) with SP5, and the same Version of BAOF.
The backup works well, but often a message appears saying that Initialization of ASVCTL.DLL failed, and the process is terminating abnormally. Also, in the event viewer, the following message appears:

Backup Agent for Open Files has dropped a log message intended for BEBR. (6 times)
Backup Agent for Open Files has dropped too many log messages intended for BEBR and has now disabled logging.
----

Both, BEBR and BAOF are installed by default, so I think that maybe there is a misconfiguration that makes this error appears.
Any suggestions?

Just a guess but that dll might not have been updated correclty during the installation of one of the service packs. I'm running 10.5 so I can not tell you what the file date and size should be.

Davidmichel, the version of the file ASVCTL.DLL is 10.0.1300.0, and the size is 40.960 bytes. Is this version what you have?

No it is not, but then I am running 10.5 and not 10.0.
