Howdy:

I'm working on a report that in essense count the number of Purchase Orders created by each department in a company. I need to calculate the department's percentage of purchase orders compared to the total aomunt of purchse orders. I can count the number of PO's for each department, but the total number of PO's is not calculated until the end of the report and I need to perform the percentage calculation at the department group level.

Any ideas?

To get the count at the department group level, right click on the {table.purchaseorder}->insert summary->count. Then right click on the same field again->check "Show as a percentage of grand total."
