Where do I specifiy the number of rings until a call is send to voicemail? Right now it's only about 5. But some of our employees do not have voicemail and it only rings 5 times, others do not work at their desk. So I would prefer to have it set to 7 for all asterisk users. Thanks in advance!

I don't know of a way to specify a number of "rings" but you can extend the time it takes to go to voicemail by changing the timeout value in the Dial() command. In your Dial command there should be a hardcoded number, maybe 10 which is the number of seconds it will "Ring" the other phone until it assumes that there was No Answer.
