MY
I am confuse.
I want to know what is the Free/busy connector in Exchange 5.5 used for.

Suppose that I want to plan a meeting. Using the
Action->plan a meeting facility, I could then put in all the attendees' email addresses. Now suppose that I would want to be able to see all the attendees' schedule, I would then use the Calendar permission settings (whereby this will requires that all the attendees to give me the permission to view their calendar). Now, someone told me that I could use the Free/busy connector in Exchange 5.5 to simplfies the matter so that I would not have to ask all users to maintain their own calendar permission. The schedule would get replicated to all the users placed in the distribution list of the Free/Busy schedule. Is it so ?

Thanks in advance.
