Hi,

I have copied all the dbx file from my old OEv5. I have set up a new account on another machine and put those .dbx file back into the new account. Only the In box has mail that is recognised. Does anyone know anyway of getting the old mail back?

Best wishes

Michael

Michael,

Your identity number has most likely changed.

In Outlook Express, go to Tools>Options, click the Maintenance tab, then the Store Folder button, then click Change.
