Is it legal to install an OEM version of Windows Server on a machine you already have? I'm very confused about what I've read. Some say that it has to be installed on a brand new machine and cannot be installed on any others. I've read that the only difference OEM versions and retail versions is OEM versions do not get support or documentation. Please clarify this for me.
