OEM Win10 installation, or a regular Win10 ISO with my own prod-key 1

I need to reinstall Win10.
I was sent a Restauration USB key drive with Win10, from Acer. For my Predator G3 710 desktop pc.
But I also have bought WinVista Ultimate, which earned me a free update to Win7, and somehow that got me all the way to Win10.
Which one should I go with?

Is the one from Acer Win10 Pro? If not then, I would go with the upgrade, because you are entitled to Pro. Just look up windows media creator, and you can create a dvd or thumb drive that is bootable.

Another thing to remember: Once you upgrade to Windows 10, you can always then go back and do a clean install of Windows 10, so it'll work the same as a clean install if you want to go that extra step.
