OEM licensing \ Imaging question

My question pertains to building images under a OEM license.

I am not sure if building an image for a dell computer that has an OEM license is legal or if you would have to have a different volume license with MS, Software vendor. Does anyone know or have a hint where I can start looking.

You have to have a Volume license with MS to image the pc's. OEM license only allow you to legally install the OS on one machine not mutiple.
