OEM Jobs remain in "Submitted" state

Something broke over the weekend after the installing new server racks, jobs in OEM do not run anymore.

If you try to delete a job, it remains in "Deleting" status. When you submit a job, it reamins in "Submitted" status. I found a Doc ID 290890.1 in Metalink that explains how to clear the node. It clears my suspended jobs but it does not fix the problem.

Has anyone encounter the same problem before?

I believe jobs in OEM depend on the Intelligent Agent running correctly. Have you checked that this is OK?

thanks for the reply. I found out the OEM server is out of sync with the DB server. I detach the node and reattaches it.
The problem is fixed now..
