OEM alerts helps

Hi,

I have a management server with about 10 databases registered on it.

could someone point me to a good white paper on how to setup jobs(alerts)

When I Googled for "Oracle OEM job scheduling", it resulted in 298,000 hits. The descriptions of the hits that I looked at seemed to be "direct hits" on your needs. Plus, if you have access to Oracle Technical Network (OTN) or MetaLink, there are tons of hits there, as well.

Dave,

thanks. Icannot find help on some issues though:

1. some jobs i create and schedule (submit & save to library) show up in the jobs section as 'submitted' when they should show as 'scheduled'

2. when i delete a job it shows up as having status of deleted in the same window

any ideas?
