I am trying to correct a problem for someone in my office. The problem is Outlook Express 6 will not display all of the folders after I renamed folders.dbx, closed and then opened OE. I followed Microsoft's instructions for the 0x800C0131 error (which would not send mail and would not list his inbox messages). Now, all the inbox messages appear, but some folders do not, even though they are visible trough Windows Explorer. The inbox and sent folders are very large - 478MB and 236MB respectively. I moved some messages from his inbox folder and now it will send email. How can I get all of the folders to appear?
