I have a user who has loads of subfolders at the same level as their inbox in Outlook Express. If they search Local Folders and click search subfolders they get the search results as normal. However when they try to open any of the e-mails they get that error saying the message cannot be displayed - possibly due to insufficient resources. If they wait a few minutes then they can open the e-mails.
If they search inbox or any other folder it works fine. And also if I move the folders under inbox instead and search inbox (including subfolders) it works fine also. Does anybody know why this is happening? I've already compacted all folders but this didn't help. I also created a new identity and import his mail again but this didn't fix the problem.
