I got this message from a co-worker:

For some reason every time Sally emails me, her emails go directly to my "deleted items" folder. I checked and she is not in my "block" list. How do I fix this?

I can't think of any reason an email would go to the Deleted Items folder. Where would I check to see if Sally is being blocked, if she's not on the Block List. Is there another place the co-worker missed?
TIA,
Jill

Could also be something in the "rules and alerts" area of outlook. Possibly saying something about the fw: or something similar. Check that out.

It's not Outlook, it's Outlook Express.

Outlook and Outlook Express have similar if not the same rules and alert set ups.

I can check her message rules tomorrow.

No, it's the coworker who has mail ending up in her deleted items folder.

Thanks for clearing that up for me, smah.

Jill

Oops, sorry. I should have read the orignal post more carefully. Mea Culpa.

Cheers.

It turns out she had been adding every spam to the blocked senders list, so it was a LONG list, and somewhere in it was the co-workers email address. She just hadn't scrolled carefully enough. But thanks anyway,
Jill
