I set up a new email address in OE for someone. Everything is set correctly but there are various (random) senders whose messages will not arrive.
I sent 5 test messages from my machine from 5 different addresses (domains) and only one arrived in her inbox. Some had attachments and some didn't. I have checked with her ISP and all is working on their end.
OE is set to not block attachments so I really haven't got a clue as to why this is happening.
Any assistance would help
