OE from Win98 to WinXP

Hello,

I recently upgraded a PC from Win98 to WinXP.
I exported the OE inbox to a file called inbox.dbx.

I am now struggling to import the inbox.dbx file from the outlook import options.

I try and import messages, then OE v4. Its askes for a directory however when I specify the directory the inbox.dbx file is in, the "OK" button is greyed out. I cant seem to browse at file level.

Any ideas?.

It is probably a version conflict between the different versions of OExpress on each machine. Try upgradeing OExpress on the 98 machine to the same level as the XP machine. At one point MS changed the way mail was stored in OExpress which you can tell because the file extension is different
Also you need more than just the Inbox.dbx file, you need the entire folder
