I've got about 8 Mac users who have their e-mail routed from their external isp to our exchange server. For about the last month they have been having a strange problem with their outlook express. Any e-mails with attachments to or from other macs now show up as enclosures. The enclosure says "application/tnef" . They said they had this issue before and it was resolved by their isp deleting and re-adding their account. They've tried the isp and it hasn't worked this time. I've deleted and re-added their account on the exchange server with no luck. No changes have been made to the exchange server in the timeframe they are reporting.
I'm at a loss. Any info would be appreciated.
