Hi All,
We use pop3 accounts at our company and Outlook Express. User's account ser setup to leave all mails on the server for 30 days - just incase any files become corrupt so they have some backup. However, some users with laptops are starting to complain - when they go on business trips they don't want to have to wait for the last 30 days worth of e-mails (which they've already read on their desktop) to download before they get to the ones they want. Can anybody think of any rules of any way at all that I could only download e-mails on the laptop that haven't yet downloaded onto the desktop? The only way I can think of right now is to use IMAP instead of POP3 but the company doesn't allow users to use IMAP. So if somebody could think of some mega brillant rule to help me out I'd really appreciate it - apart from turning off the "leave a copy of message on server" flag !!
