OE Customer Item

I thought when you entered orders you were supposed to be able to do a drop down on the item # and be able to locate the part # by keying in the customer number. I only see Item description, feature items, kit items and service codes?

I am on 76300c and customer item search is there.

You should be able to add it with screen designer if it is not already there.

I don't have screen designer, but I can upgrade to "C".

Customer support just replied to the issue ... If you enter a customer item into OE/ Maintain/ Customer Items, then you go to OE to enter an order for a customer, when you get to the item number field, you can hit F5=Customer Item number and key in the customer item, and the Macola item number will populate the Item number field on the order.

This WORKS!
