OE - Cannot change qty while in add mode

I would not have believed this had I not seen it with my own 2 eyes, but when the customer enters an order and they are ready to enter another line item (they are still in the add mode), but instead they dbl click on an existing line item to change the qty ordered and qty to ship, progression stays in the add mode and the change they just made is never saved.

There is no Flex or modified source code to get in the way of normal progression behavior at all. I could not duplicate this behavior at the office, mine works fine. Again I would not have beloved this had a not seen it.

If anyone has seen this or has any ideas, please let me know.

Is this just a regular item or is it kitted, feature, POP pull or SF pull?

Regular item. I have the answer from Exact tech support, this is caused by a bad OE0101.dll file. Known issue with the May release of 7.6.200.

Don,

We are having a problem when deleting lines on OE Order Entry now that we have gone to 7.6.200.5 with Steve last weekend. Check out our E-synergy support list if you have time. Perhaps this patch you are talking about fixes that also, but Steve did use the Sep CD and then patched with the .5 SP. Let me know what you think.

I tested this in both MS SQL and Pervasive SQL 2000i and I cannot duplicate the problem -- line items in OE are deleted normally.

Perhaps we can do a desktop session?

Do you have tax schedule turned on. We use a tax system down here that requires us to place the tax on every line.

Are you available to hook up now, so I can show you the problem.

Exact also say they can't duplicate it, but as you will see with Steve's response to Exact, we have 17 customer service staff all with the same problem.
