I exported emails from Outlook Express and then reimported into new Dell. Both PC are less than 1 year old. In my previous OE address book, all of the name assocated with my emails appeared LAST,FIRST (which allowed me to search on last name). When I exported (in both CSV and WAB) and then imported, the appear FIRST LAST. I have over 1,000 names. How can I change the view of these names to each appear FIRST,LAST. Thanks.

OE address book names in wrong order

Isn't there a setting in contacts as to how the name displays? I thought there was.

In outlook 2003, sorry I don't use OE, it's tools>options>contact options.
In Outlook Express, click Tools -> Address Book.
When that opens, click View -> Sort by -> Last Name.
That should get you setup like you were.
