Hello,
My clients have called because they cannot access BRIO 6.6 due to the above message being displayed when they try to login. The main users are on holiday (as are the other support staff) so one of the junior staff has phoned me (clutching at straws!).
Unfortunately I'm no expert on BRIO or what is does, but I do have access to their IIS server which is why they called me. I believe that BRIO may also be talking to a SQLServer database which is on another (SQL)server which I can also access.
Can anyone give me some pointers as to why they cannot connect and how I might be able to investigate/fix this issue?
many thanks.
