ODIN4: Error attach to ODIN node

Whenever I want to login I get the following message:

ODIN4: Error attach to ODIN node.

Does anyone know what might be the problem.
The EDA server is running on another server than the website.
In the odin.cfg and codin.cfg the hostname is the machine name of server where EDA server is running
