I have a server on 5.2 and I'm seeing this when I look for the top 10 CPU usage:
USER PID %CPU %MEM SZ RS

root 774 48.9 0.0 16 16 - A 03:21:19 731:56 wait
root 516 47.4 0.0 16 12 - A 03:21:19 709:40 wait

I've tried looking for these PID's but don't find anything.

Any Ideas?

Those are too kernel processes (kprocs) that chew up any cycle not needed by anyone else.

Thanks for being so prompt, doesn't look like anything to worry about then
