I have and odd problem here at work let me give you some back round.

1. Just upgraded to XP and and I am using ATT VPN Client Ver 6.40.3000

Here is the problem:

When I connect to VPN I have zero issues. Once thou I try to get a large attachment thru my Outlook I ll get disconnected after a while. Also If I try to copy a file off the server and to my laptop same issue.
Also this problem can be replicated when I use lotus notes to replicate.

2. On old Image 2000 with Cisco Client.
I have no problems

Steps I have tried

Lower the MTU Size from 1370 to 700.
Turne on Negotiate UDP encapsulation with VPN server for NAT

Tried on Different Hardware and Different DSL line.

DSL and Cable same problem

Note:

When I had this problem with the old image with Cisco Client All I had to do was change from UD to TCP. Problem was solved. I have put in a ticket into ATT,,but they assure me everthing is setup correct in there end.
