I am using Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional (with all current updates), and recently I have noticed some odd behavior when using the touch-up text tool. I am wondering if this is a bug, or if anyone else has noticed it, or if I am doing something wrong.
I am using CR9 through a proprietary program to create pdfs. Occasionally I will need to change a name or address on them, and I will use the touch-up text tool, but in the last couple of days every time I highlight and start typing to replace a name or line of text, Adobe will add in about 4 lines - blank (like when you accidentally get Word set for extra lines between paragraphs). This is not what I want.
I can work around this by leaving one letter in the line, typing what I want, then deleting the extra letter, but I really want to know what is going on.
Any ideas?
