Odd stray characters

Hello,

Can anyone help me. Clients are complaining that they a all of a sudden getting emails from me with strange odd characters scattered in it.

eg:
I’m starting the upload process. Hopefully 5 Gig will be enough.

I use Outlook 2003 since 2003, had no problems until now. I have made no setting changes.

Any hlpe is appreciated. It's Outlook

Are you using a different font? If you are using a font that is not on the recipient's PC, they could get odd characters.

Font is Arial with HTML format. Never had a problem with this before either.
