Odd Situation

Struggling with a very odd issue that I have never seen before, curious to see if others have and could help.

Have an incoming call route destination set to an extension with a brand new user assigned. The user logged into this extension after a CRAFT clear, gets logged on, as normal (shows name on phone and extension, plenty of licenses). Brand new profile, so no forwarding settings, or DND options are enabled.

Monitor trace shows the DID number dialed hitting the correct PRI and an attempt to lookup the new extension. It would appear as though the system thinks nobody is logged on, and immediately routes to voicemail.

I am quite perplexed. Any guidance is appreciated.


 
Also, interestingly enough, the profile shows the phone assigned. And a missed call will pop up on the display of the phone, but no ring.... brand new profile.
 
By chance did you try a HotDesk reset of extn port prior to reboot of system?
