We are using an RBL (sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org) to filter out spam. What's odd is that many big companies (i.e. ge.com, ubs.com, anthem.com) are getting flagged, and then we have to manually enter them into a safe list.
Why is this happening. It's hard to believe that those companies wouldn't take themselves off a popular RBL such as Spamhaus.
