Odd Question on Call Center Reporting 1

Hello, new to this area of the forums. Go easy on me please!

Has anyone setup Call Center Reports and all it's dependencies on a PC as opposed to a server? I have a new user who swears she had it setup that way at her old job and it worked fine. The documentation provided does not even mention that type of environment let alone support it.

Any info at all is greatly appreciated. TIA

Call Center reports can be set up on either. The only difference being is if you are using Crystal Enterprise for Aspect 9.1 you will not be able to do it just because Crystal Enterprise will not allow itself to work on a workstation. The earlier versions of reporting such as Custom View and Segate Info did work on a workstation although only for a single user. If you need help feel free contact me for assistance.
