Odd question - Impromptu foreign languages???

First of all, this question came from my boss, so don't laugh at the messenger... He's wondering what language capabilities Impromptu has... for "translating" into other foreign languages.

My gut reaction is that Impromptu merely pulls data from databases, therefore it's up to the database(s) (for instance Costpoint) to have that ability, not Impromptu...

Any info or thoughts?

Cognos has 'localized' versions of many of its products. There is no inherent capability to translate language in any of them. The Upfront portal comes closes with the ability to store different language versions of much of the interface.
