Just picked up a client who has this system and I have done some programming through the manual to get it up and running. A few things are causing issues though.

I have an extension(109) that has a system phone attached and an analog phone attached as well. You call 109 they both ring and you can pick up on either. However, when you pick up on the analog phone, you come out over the speaker of the system phone. Also, when you pick up the analog phone to make a call, you activate the speaker of the system phone and cannot make a call. Is this wiring or programming?

System phones use two pairs. I have had to place the wiring of some of these phones onto a 50 pair cable heading to another building. I brought them over and plugged the two pairs into a patch panel(Wired B). Some of these sets work and some do not. Is there any swapping of pairs that need to be done in order to get sets working? Do particular ports have to be programmed some way to have a system phone attached?

sounds like wiring. the pairs should be 2 pairs straight through so say pair 1 should be centre pins of the system modular plug and be connected to pins 4 and 5 (Blue pair)on patch panel, pair 2 should be connected to the outer pins of the 4 way modular plug and terminated on to pair 3 and 6 on patch panel(green pair)
