Odd Problem with Target Lines

Nortel T1, NAM, and 8 ATAs. Target lines disappeared from all ATA's and the main console. All other sets seem to have maintained there Target line. AA maintain complete functionality. All sets pointed to VM in CFNA parameter. Names on sets did not change. No RAD on system. Happened during middle of the business day. No employee remembers a power outage. Time on system 17 minutes off. Do not know when the time was off. I cannot determine why some target lines and set names would remain had power failed with bad system battery. Do not know system battery is bad, but how could this problem occur and leave somethings intact? T1 functioning perfectly. Not certain I have found all the problems.

What software level?
Go into alarms and events and report back the last couple days of both.
