4 206 cards in the first cabinet, Partner Messaging in the other cabinet with the expansion processor.
calls hit an auto attandant first.
There are 4 phones at the front desk that ring when someone hits a 0 on the auto attendant or times out. Set to ring extension 72 which has ext. 10, 11, 13, and 31. These are the 4 phones.
Every now and then, all the lines light up red(only on these 4 phones)and all of the phones rings. They go to pick up a line and there is dead air. Sometimes it goes away by itself, sometimes you have to reset the system, sometimes you have to reset the system more than once.
Any ideas?
