Last week, the system worked fine, this week, any call that would have, in the past been routed to the auto-attendant, is now either being sent to general mail, or at times to a specific DN.
Ive looked over all the callpilot and system settings, resubmitted everything, rebooted the system, and nothing is working, anyone ever come across this before?
