We've got an Epson 780 color printer and up till last week, it worked fine. This printer allows "edge-to-edge" printing on specific papers. While trying to print yesterday, it started to act up by expanding the print (image and text) when I selected the "no margin" option. It did, indeed, print with no margin but it expanded the page to about 110% of normal so that what should have been on the page was, in fact, pushed off the page. (Does that make any sense?)

Before I reinstall the drivers, has this happened to anybody else and if so, how did you correct it?

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!

re-installing the drivers can't hurt...no need to wait.

What software are you using to print, I don't want to assume it's photoshop?

Have you viewed all the property values for your Epson?

This is only happening when I print in Photoshop. Doesn't happen with Pagemaker or Illustrator. Print settings haven't changed for the printer, either. When I do a Print Preview, everything looks fine but then it changes when I print or use Epson's print preview feature. Then everything gets "expanded". In order to get the image and text printed as it should, I have to print at 96% or 97% of actual size.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!

I must say "I don't have an answer"

Does it happen only whan you choose "no margin" option?

Did it used to work properly?

If you choose a specific size, say 5x7 does it print 5x7?
