Odd moving tables and cells

Hi Guys
After drawing several tables and cells with some pretty tame info on a project for a mate of mine, I notice in IE6 on the home page the right hand table shunts over and forces the flash banner in the middle out of position. The site is:
Any ideas as to why this happening? (There are also problems with the nav bar but I am working on this
