Odd issue with Terminal Services

Running TS on Server 2003, fully patched with latest and greatest patches. Installed .NET framework 1.1 for an application running off there.

When accessing file shares on a domain file server (Also running off a Server 2003 machine) as UserX@domain.com, a certain directory that they have Modify rights to prompts them with a Microsoft .NET Passport login. No other directories in this share (some of which they also have Modify rights to) prompt the login box.

Totally unsure where to even look for this.
